The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is valid for 3 months. Should your real hair extensions, despite using our 3-piece care series (shampoo, conditioner & hair mask), show matting or tangling in the lengths and tips, we will provide a replacement in the form of an equivalent item once the damaged extensions have been returned to us. The warranty claim only exists if the extensions are unusable. Pure wear and tear, such as split ends, dry tips, or hair breakage, are not covered by the warranty. Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage to the goods caused by:
- Use of care products from other manufacturers
- Perms
- Dyeing/Tinting/Bleaching
- Incorrect application or removal of extensions
- Improper use
- Willful damage
To claim the warranty service, it is necessary for the warranty provider to provide proof of purchase of the 3-piece care series (shampoo, conditioner & hair mask) and the real hair extensions upon request (e.g., by enclosing a copy of the original invoice with the sent goods). The purchase of the care series must not be more than 3 months ago. We ask for your understanding that we may reject the warranty service without providing proof of purchase, as this serves as proof for the calculation of the warranty period. Furthermore, the name and address of the seller must be provided if these data do not result from the transmitted proof of purchase or if the data there are no longer up to date. The warranty processing is in any case free of charge by providing a corresponding return label.
We would like to point out that all statutory rights for defects are not restricted by this warranty promise and can be claimed free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise accordingly.
